An Ulrich from Austin, Texas? Originally born and raised in Graz, Austria, guitarist Ulrich Ellison came to the United States on a Fulbright jazz scholarship. After quickly immersing himself into the eclectic Austin music scene he became sideman for several notable Austin acts, including singer Nakia and songstress Abra Moore. Now he has put together his own tribe of musicians: John Nelson of "Thievery Corporation" and "Poi Dog Pondering", Winton Reynolds (Carrie Newcomer), Michelle Alany (Transsiberian Orchestra, The Inheritance), and cool bass woman Sabine Ellison of "Bloo Voodoo" and "Courtney Jones".

The songs draw from various influences, including Irish folk, rock, british blues rock, jazz, world music, and bands like U2, Simple Minds and Dave Matthews Band. Dubbed as "Viking Blues", this eclectic touring band plays anything from blues festivals to jam band open airs to smoking nights in your neighborhood bar. A guitar virtuoso in his own right, Ellison captivates audiences with mesmerizing tones and evolving moods.

Track Name: My Shoes Keep Walking Back To You
My Shoes keep Walking back to you Ulrich Ellison

I can’t blame it on the weather trying to put it all together - Yeah
No one can help me with this feeling as my soul and heart are healin – Yeah
You came and you tore it all apart to the bottom of my heart – Yeah
I can’t blame it on the weather when I wish we stayed together – Now

Can’t you see Little teardrop in my eye do we have to say goodbye right now
Stay with me we will always be together My shoes keep walking back to you forever

Lost and found in the maze of your sensation causing hyperventilation on my end
Just one sound can’t keep a straight thought in my mind
your appearance makes me blind on both eyes

Can it be you got the better half of me I don’t nearly feel the way I used to be
Still can’t blame it on the weather I just wish we stayed together - Now
